Wiseco VSK4 – Valve Shim Kit 8.90 mm

Product Overview

Wiseco VSK4 is a comprehensive set of 8.90 mm adjustment shims designed for precise valve-clearance tuning in four-stroke motorcycle and ATV engines as well as selected automotive powerplants (e.g., BMW S54). Every shim is through-hardened and ground to an OEM-plus finish, so it maintains true thickness under repeated thermal and mechanical stress.

Key Features

• Full spread of 23 thicknesses from 1.72 mm to 2.60 mm in 0.04 mm steps.

• Three pieces of each size—a total of 69 shims—enough to set an entire cylinder head without re-ordering.

• 8.90 mm outer diameter matches factory tappets in KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and other brands.

• Hardened, precision-ground steel ensures minimal wear and repeatable measurements during future adjustments.

• Supplied in a compartmented organizer with clearly labelled bins for quick size identification at the bench or in the pits.
