The offered front beam reinforcements feature a unique shape designed specifically for the BMW E46. They have been created to strengthen the weak points of the beam, which tend to get damaged during sporty driving or when using high-power engines. The engine mount points are particularly vulnerable.

By installing the reinforcement set, these sensitive components are not only strengthened but also contribute to increasing the stiffness of the beam, which improves the driving characteristics of the BMW E46.

The reinforcement plates provide the largest possible support surface, which means that the forces acting on the sensitive components are transferred to the adjacent vertical walls of the subframe.

This product is intended for vehicles that, due to aging, require repair or reconstruction of the original mounting points. Additionally, the reinforcement is also used for tuning purposes to prevent damage during intense use in sporty driving conditions or competitions such as Drift, KJS, 1/4 mile, Time Attack, etc.
